Luminosa is an independent research and development practice, informed by a network of people thinking together about AI and human life. Research gives us questions. Conversation challenges our assumptions. Experimentation makes the questions concrete. We bring those lessons into software development and consulting for mission-driven organizations. We develop custom software, connected workflows, and AI-assisted tools. We work on questions in communications, learning resources, and the everyday movement of information. Internal experiments give us a place to examine what a tool should do and how a person can inspect the result.
