Start with people and a real question.
A question about trust or responsibility becomes specific when we look at how work happens: where information comes from, who makes a decision, and who deals with a mistake. Published research helps frame the question; the people doing the work give it context.
Make an idea small enough to test.
We define what a useful result should contain, what a tool may change, and where human review belongs. Then we build a focused prototype or try a change to the process. Internal experiments with voice, email, and agent coordination give us different ways to examine these questions.
Let the result inform the next step.
We examine the whole experience: the output, the corrections, and the effort needed to use it. Consulting helps a team decide whether to continue, revise, or stop.
For commissioned development, we agree on scope and a quote before work begins. The handoff includes documentation and support for using the system. You own what we build for you.
